Sunday Evening Update
Well, our Sunday system has come and gone, and much of the area didn’t receive hardly any snow accumulations. There could be a few lingering snow showers tonight, but no additional snow accumulations are expected. Temperatures overnight will drop into the lower 20’s, which will create isolated slick spots, so use extra caution if you are traveling tonight into tomorrow morning. Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect for parts of Northern Kentucky, as road conditions are more hazardous in this area.
Monday-Wednesday: No impactful weather is expected during this time frame. However, temperatures will be below average as highs will be in the lower 30’s, and lows will drop into the teens.
Thursday: Another system moves into the area, and will bring more rain/snow chances.
Looking at the temperature outlook over the next 6-10 days, the WPC is indicating that we have a 40% chance of below average temperatures.
Enjoy the evening everyone!
